Rigatoni alla crema di peperoni e pancetta
This pasta dish is a perfect balance of smoky, savory, and sweet. It features a luscious bell pepper cream sauce with perfectly cooked spaghetti or rigatoni. The vibrant, smoky flavor of the sauce comes from sweet bell peppers, which are blended into a rich, creamy base.
The dish is elevated with crispy, savory bacon, adding a delightful texture and a salty kick that complements the sweetness of the peppers. Freshly chopped parsley provides a pop of color and a note of freshness, while a generous dusting of sharp Pecorino Romano cheese ties all the flavors together, giving the dish a final touch of salty, nutty goodness.
